Limited Edition Connemara Heart Family Snowflake Ornament from Ireland.
What a beautiful way to honor your family & Celtic heritage. Great for Irish, Scottish, and Welsh! That really jazzes for me because I am all three. We added a beautiful Connemara teardrop from Ireland to remind you of home!
Take a closer look at this beautiful snowflake. It has people holding hands forming an eternity circle. Each spoke of the snowflake is made up of hearts forming an everlasting love knot.
This is so meaningful with the added Connemara from Ireland.
Details:
14x8 Teardrop Connemara Marble
Lead-free Pewter with Rhodium Plating
2 1/2 inches wide x 3 inches long
Overall length is 4 inches
4 intertwined Cascading Hearts lead to a circle of 12 people holding hands
**Birthstones are 6 MM Swarovski crystals
**Letters, Words, and Numbers are 316L Stainless Steel (No rusting or tarnishing)
**ALL charms are optional. Initial charms, birthstone charms, and/or word charms can be added. Our beautiful add-on charms are ONLY $4.00 each. We can add as little as 1 or as many as 50. If buying more than 12 charms, contact us for a custom order. See photo 8 or below for a list of Words, Letters, Numbers, and available years.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Choose the number of charms you would like added to your ornament. If None, select No Charms.
2. Provide us with detailed information in the "Personalization" box. If you selected NO Charms leave the word "NONE" in the box.
