Our Born in Your Heart Family Snowflake was designed from our then 5yr old's artwork. It came from the beauty within her and an explanation of grief. This amazing and very detailed family Snowflake is exploding with hearts inside of hearts. It is about love...and how that love gets in your heart. We know that it will carry a very special meaning throughout your family.
You can add a name, a family name, and then a date. It could be the year, or maybe anniversary date, or adoption year
